Filipino Beef Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ Beef sirloin thinly slice
  • 1 - White onion (slice circle)
  • 1/4 Cup – Kikoman Lite Soy Sauce - any brand
  • 1/2 Cup - Calamansi or Lemon juice
  • Ground Pepper to taste
  • 1 - Tbs Unsalted Butter (any brand)
  • 1 Cup Water
Step 1:
  • In a Ziploc or Tupperware
  • Add calamansi or lemon juice, Kikoman Lite soy sauce and mix well
  • Add tenderloin steak
  • Set aside
  • Marinate for one hour
Step 2:
  • In a frying pan add butter melt in low heat
  • Add Step 1: Make sure you drain the beef sirloin from the marinated sauce and set aside.
  • Add onion
  • Pour remaining marinated sauce
  • Season with black pepper
  • Cook until meat is tender.
Ready to serve on a flat plate.
