Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Filipino Beef Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ Beef sirloin thinly slice
  • 1 - White onion (slice circle)
  • 1/4 Cup – Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce - any brand
  • 1/2 Cup - Calamansi or Lemon juice
  • Ground Pepper to taste
  • 1 - Tbs Unsalted Butter (any brand)
  • 1 Cup Water
Step 1:
  • In a Ziploc or Tupperware
  • Add calamansi or lemon juice, Kikkoman Lite soy sauce and mix well
  • Add tenderloin steak
  • Set aside
  • Marinate for one hour
Step 2:
  • In a frying pan add butter melt in low heat
  • Add Step 1: Make sure you drain the beef sirloin from the marinated sauce and set aside.
  • Add onion
  • Pour remaining marinated sauce
  • Season with black pepper
  • Cook until meat is tender.
Ready to serve on a flat plate.
