During my California vacation Carmina remembered that Stardust had posted something they are looking for it was the Grecian Goddess Rain Lamp. Carmina had informed when going back to the Philippines will take a picture. It had slipped my mind since got busy. Carmina found out you can post in your subscriber's community a way to communicate with each other. Two days later Carmina went to her friend's live streaming and found out Stardust was also there. Stardust informed me she never knew that there was a community page in our channel. Only found out when I had post from her page. Stardust and other viewers asked me how I do it. Filipino Beef Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ Beef sirloin thinly slice
- 1 - White onion (slice circle)
- 1/4 Cup – Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce - any brand
- 1/2 Cup - Calamansi or Lemon juice
- Ground Pepper to taste
- 1 - Tbs Unsalted Butter (any brand)
- 1 Cup Water
Step 1:
- In a Ziploc or Tupperware
- Add calamansi or lemon juice, Kikkoman Lite soy sauce
and mix well
- Add tenderloin steak
- Set aside
- Marinate for one hour
Step 2:
- In a frying pan add butter melt in low heat
- Add Step 1: Make sure you drain the beef sirloin from
the marinated sauce and set aside.
- Add onion
- Pour remaining marinated sauce
- Season with black pepper
- Cook until meat is tender.
