You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside  De Young Museum . Ampalaya Recipe


Ampalaya is a bitter melon that is good benefit for people who are high blood and diabetic it lowers your sugar.

In order to make the ampalaya less bitter when cooking is to do the following open the ampalaya length wise using a spoon remove seeds and white pith underneath until you see the green gourd.

Add salt to the ampalaya where you had removed the seeds and white pith leave for five minutes until salt dissolved on its own.

Rinse the ampalaya with water and dry with paper towel.

Or slice ¼ inches moon shape and place in a bowl of water with salt leave for five minutes and rinse out and drain water.

Ingredient:
  • 4 - Pieces Ampalaya (clean and cut thin slices)
  • 1 -Tbsp garlic (miced)
  • 1 -Tbsp Patis (Fish Sauce)
  • 1 - Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 - Onion (sliced)1 - Canola oil
  • ½ kilo - Shrimp (peel, remove head and slice)
  • ¼ pork kilo ground pork
  • Optional 1 beaten egg
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
  • In a cooking pot place cooking oil add garlic, onion and tomato sauté in low heat.
  • Add ground pork, shrimp and ampalaya
  • Optional Add beaten egg
  • Add ½ cup water
  • Cook for thirty minutes.
