Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Ampalaya Recipe


Ampalaya is a bitter melon that is good benefit for people who are high blood and diabetic it lowers your sugar.

In order to make the ampalaya less bitter when cooking is to do the following open the ampalaya length wise using a spoon remove seeds and white pith underneath until you see the green gourd.

Add salt to the ampalaya where you had removed the seeds and white pith leave for five minutes until salt dissolved on its own.

Rinse the ampalaya with water and dry with paper towel.

Or slice ¼ inches moon shape and place in a bowl of water with salt leave for five minutes and rinse out and drain water.

Ingredient:
  • 4 - Pieces Ampalaya (clean and cut thin slices)
  • 1 -Tbsp garlic (miced)
  • 1 -Tbsp Patis (Fish Sauce)
  • 1 - Tomato (sliced)
  • 1 - Onion (sliced)1 - Canola oil
  • ½ kilo - Shrimp (peel, remove head and slice)
  • ¼ pork kilo ground pork
  • Optional 1 beaten egg
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
  • In a cooking pot place cooking oil add garlic, onion and tomato sauté in low heat.
  • Add ground pork, shrimp and ampalaya
  • Optional Add beaten egg
  • Add ½ cup water
  • Cook for thirty minutes.
