Just find Yabu House of Katsu , and outside there’s a walk-up counter where you can line up and order your ice cream. I went to one of their branch which I had remember they had a truck in U.P. Town Center when I last went to eat out.
Too bad the truck was close when I went there, but I was able to find it at Merkado Supermarket located at U.P. Town Center.
