Mom Violy, Tita Edna and Carmina have never been to Iloilo . Tita Edna suggested using her Philippine Airlines mileage to deduct 9,000 miles for a round trip to Iloilo and pay taxes of about 3,000 pesos ($50.85). Mom Violy and Carmina decided to do the same. Two weeks later, we learned Bacolod was recently hit by a typhoon, leaving fewer places to visit, so we changed our plans to stay in Iloilo, paying an additional 2,057 pesos ($34.86) for January 6–9, with Tita Edna leaving one day earlier on January 8, 2026. Tita Edna told us that she has a friend Beth who can pick us up from the airport. Uniparentally plans had changed since her friend Beth and son could no longer tour us around, we decided to find ways to get around hire someone else. Jerson had picked us from One Madison Place where we had stayed during our vacation with the hours Mom Violy had requested. We have more than one item to cook our food in our home. We are not like any normal family who has an oven in their kitchen. We don't have an oven in our kitchen; we use other electric appliance to cook, roast, grill, fry, turbo, stir-fry and roll in one appliance called, Air fryer. This is the healthy living that removes all the fat and oil from the food.
I buy my Australian hamburger at Shopwise Grocery Store when they have a BOGO sale. They run the price of PHP 500.00 ($10.00) for eighteen patties. They are not seasoned yet. I just sprinkle salt and black pepper on both side. I would defrost the meat and season them place they back on their individual wax paper place back in the freezer.
Each hamburger patty is 15 minuites to be grilled. I stop it when it reaches to #8 than flip it and wait till there is #4 remaining and it is completely cooked. We don't like our hamburger over cooked.
I also bake homemade personal pizza.
The other appliance I also have along in our kitchen is a sandwich maker. You can fill all sorts of filling inside to create your own sandwich.

We also have a waffle maker and make our own.
We don't have waffle batter so I just use the same batter what you use for pancake.
In the instruction box instead of using water I use fresh milk. I melt the butter inside the pancake mix this way it adds flavor.
I add fruits of any kind if you want some in it.
