Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. No Bake Stuffed Cannelloni with Spinach and Broccoli Recipe


No Bake Stuffed Cannelloni with Spinach and Broccoli Recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 1 - Ricotta
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Spinach (use only leaves no stem)
  • Fresh Broccoli (use only heads no stems)
  • 1/2 Kilo - Ground Meat (any kind)
  • 2 - Cloves of Garlic (mined)
  • 1 - Small Onion (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Food Processor or Blender
  • Piping bag
Red Sauce Recipe:

Ingredients:
  • 2- Bottles Barillo Basilico 100% Italian Tomato
  • 1 - Bottle Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce
 

Step 1:
  • Cook the ground meat with little amount of water
  • Strain and add little amount of cooking oil
  • Add onion, garlic and ground meat
  • Add one bottle of Barilla Basilico
  • 2 Tbs - Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta Sauce
  • Season with salt and black pepper
  • Set aside in a big bowl
Step 2:
  • Remove all steams from broccoli and spinach
  • Place in a separate bowl
Step 3:
  • Steam both broccoli half cook in separate pot
  • Strain
Step 4:
  • Place broccoli in food processor or blender
  • Transfer to a bowl
  • Do the same thing to the spinach
  • Strain the water from the spinach
Step 5:
  • Combine both broccoli and spinach together with the ground meat
  • Mix well
  • Add Parmesan Cheese
  • Add Ricotta 
Step 6:
  • Cook cannelloni noodles by following the instructions on the box
  • Strain after cook and layer it single layer
  • Prevention on sticking to each other
Step 7:
  • In a flat microwave able or oven casserole dish add a little amount of tomato sauce to level to each end 
Step 8:
Stuffing Cannelloni Noodles
  • On a plate each cannelloni noodle stuff using the piping bag by adding a portion of ingredient inside
  • Keep repeating same step on each cannelloni noodle
  • Layer each cannelloni noodle in the casserole dish
  • Pour remaining sauce from the bottle
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Step 9:

Place stuff cannelloni in a microwaveable plate and add cheese on top
