Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Okra Cure for Diabetic

When you reach a certain age you end up being diabetic and it comes from your parent's genes or comes naturally from all the sweets you have been eating.

There are some people who are afraid of needles when they reach the point when they need to use insulin to balance their sugar level.

How do you prevent to take insulin for future reference the doctor say to take Metfromin oral diabetic medicine. It is best to consult your doctor before you start taking Metfromin. Too much medicine can damage your kidney.

The herbal way is drinking okra water every morning before eating your breakfast. I was told by my Aunt who introduce it to my Father in-law who is also diabetic to try drinking it every day. His blood sugar went down after drinking it for a month.

Okra Recipe:

Ingredient:
  • 1 piece of okra slice half way lengthwise
  • 1 tall glass of drinking water
Step 1:
  • Fill up the drinking glass with water and place the okra inside over night.
  • Place a lid to cover the drinking glass
Step 2:
  • Next day - Remove the excess of the okra from the drinking glass
  • Set aside the okra
  • Drink the okra water before having your breakfast
Note:

In the beginning you will not like the taste of it and once you drink it regularly you will adjust yourself to the taste.
