You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside  De Young Museum . Potato Salad with Asparagus and Carrots Recipe

Last week I went grocery shopping and purchase some vegetables planning to make some chicken afritada, chicken curry and other dishes with meat.

All a sudden I had skin allergies and was told to stay away from any meat and fish we have to figure what we can cook out of our meal.

I was informed by my cousin Mariles not to eat any food that is fried.

I don't have access of a oven in the house. 

I have to think what I can eat with my vegetables.

Carmina decided to make potato salad with asparagus and carrots. I didn't want to eat the carrots raw. I boiled it along with my potatoes, and asparagus.

Potato Salad with Asparagus and Carrots Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 - Small Carrot (peel and chopped into cubes)
  • 1 - Large Potato (peel and chopped into cubes)
  • 6 Pieces - Asparagus (chopped into cubes)
  • 1/2 - Small Onion (chopped)
  • Mayo (any brand)
  • Black Pepper (based on your taste)
  • Salt (based on your taste)
Cooking Instructions:
  • In a small pot add water and the vegetables potatoes, carrots and asparagus when water begins to boil place on low heat put a timer for 15 minutes until vegetables are fully cook. 
  • Use a fork to determine when it is already soft.
  • Use a strainer to drain the water transfer cooked vegetables into a bowl add the onions, mayo, season with salt, black pepper and mix well.
  • Can be eaten hot or cold all depends on your preference.
