There are frequent times when Manang V will steam our Somai in the steamer. The wrapper is no longer on the body of the Somai. The Somai taste over cooked and soggy.
I've decided to cook rice on the bottom and on top there is a steamer that was included with the rice cooker.
It was a success place the Somai on the steamer over the rice. I didn't bother watching it just plugged the rice cooker and press it how we normally cook our rice.
