It turned out the cook on duty made the error, even though it was written down clearly. We know Paella Negra takes a long time to prepare, which is why Mom Violy had requested it to be cooked beforehand. She wanted it as her main meal, but because of the mix-up and feeling hungry, she took a piece of Carmina’s Turkey Club Sandwich and asked for the bacon on the side. Mom Violy preferred Carmina's fried rice that came with her meal. Mom Violy said her rice was too hard for her to eat.
Mom Violy ordered her favorite Fried Rice with Rolls with Lettuce Wrap Pork Vermicelli for PHP 306.00 ($6.00).
The right way to wrap up the Fried Rice with Rolls with Lettuce Wrap by adding the sauce on the top or you can dip the way Mom Violy does it.
