Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside De Young Museum . Carmina didn't feel like eating the food in the house cooked by Manang V which was beef niliga and grilled stuff bangus due being humid in the Philippines. Eating soup adds on the temperature you feel especially when the air-conditioner in your room cannot handle the heat from outside.
I decided upon eating salad. I felt a way to start eating healthy and find an alternative place to buy it gave me an opportunity to find Medley Modern Mediterranean.
I saw the Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad that has the following ingredients romaine lettuce, Israeli salad, wheat, fried eggplant, feta cheese, shrimp, lemon and garlic dressing for PHP 379.00 ($7.58).
I wanted something else with my meal just in case I didn't feel like eating the food at the house to make it worthwhile in one transaction.
I saw Levantine Chicken Laffa that has chicken thigh, mixed greens, hummus, Israeli salad, fried eggplant and mamba sauce for PHP 299.00 ($5.98).
It gave me an opportunity to try Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad and Levantine Chicken Laffa at Medley Modern Mediterranean.
The food is quite different from what I normally order but it is a good thing because I learned a new dish that I had actually enjoyed.
