Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Carmina didn't feel like eating the food in the house cooked by Manang V which was beef niliga and grilled stuff bangus due being humid in the Philippines. Eating soup adds on the temperature you feel especially when the air-conditioner in your room cannot handle the heat from outside.
I decided upon eating salad. I felt a way to start eating healthy and find an alternative place to buy it gave me an opportunity to find Medley Modern Mediterranean.
I saw the Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad that has the following ingredients romaine lettuce, Israeli salad, wheat, fried eggplant, feta cheese, shrimp, lemon and garlic dressing for PHP 379.00 ($7.58).
I wanted something else with my meal just in case I didn't feel like eating the food at the house to make it worthwhile in one transaction.
I saw Levantine Chicken Laffa that has chicken thigh, mixed greens, hummus, Israeli salad, fried eggplant and mamba sauce for PHP 299.00 ($5.98).
It gave me an opportunity to try Smoked Paprika Shrimp Salad and Levantine Chicken Laffa at Medley Modern Mediterranean.
The food is quite different from what I normally order but it is a good thing because I learned a new dish that I had actually enjoyed.
