Imagine a dinner so good, you won’t want it to end. That’s what’s waiting for you.

Carmina had informed Marijan she will be sleeping over her dad's house on May 21st. Marijan lives close to her dad's house asked if she could hang out for dinner. Carmina's dad recommended us to have dinner at  The Monarch Grill  located at Rio Vista, California. The server mentioned there is a chef's special with clams, shrimp with rice. Marijan said she will try it. Carmina had ordered Fried Fish and Shrimp includes with French fries, and tartar sauce. Carmina and Marijan was busy catching up with our lives and have a meal together. Both of us had leftovers given us a takeout container to pack our food. NOT SPONSORED. Subscribe @ Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel  for free future updates. Thank you for your support.

All you need to do is purchase frozen fish ball in the grocery store before you will fry the fish ball you will defrost it.

The reason why we defrost it before frying prevent it from popping oil when you're frying it in the stove.

  • Heat pot with oil place small portion enough to float and cook in the cooking oil you can decide how you want it cooked by the color it turns out.
  • Strain the fish ball after it has been cooked removing oil
