French Beans Fries Recipe

Any type of vegetables can easily be cooked inside the air fryer or grilled to those who don't have one available. All you need to do is make sure you marinate the vegetables ahead of time giving up to thirty minutes let the spices soak on top. I have learned using an air fryer is very easy to use something to enjoy by exploring with food. French Beans Fries Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Pack of French Beans (remove the ends and clean) Olive Oil  Black Pepper Salt Prepare: After washing the French beans remember to strain out the water place it on a plate drizzle some olive oil using your hands to mix it together. Add the black pepper and salt or any other spices you would like to put on the French beans marinated for thirty minutes. Air Fryer: Place French beans inside the air fryer put it on vegetable setting and cook until it is cooking the way you want it. Pako Salad Recipe

 



In the Philippines we use all sorts of vegetables to make into a salad pako in English is Fiddlehead Fern. You often see pako mixed with salted egg, tomato and onion with a homemade dressing. The best match with this salad is any fried fish of your choice.

Pako Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kilo Fresh Pako leaves
  • 1 - Red Onion (slice)
  • 2 - Ripe Tomato (slice)
  • 2 - Salted Egg (slice)
Dressing Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup - White Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp - Black Pepper
There are two ways to make your pako salad some people prefer it raw others want it cooked all depends on how you want to eat it.

For us we prefer ours to be cooked before we eat our pako by doing this you just need to boil water add the pako leaves cook for a short time and strain the pako.

Preparing the Pako Salad:
  1. Transfer the pako on a serving plate add onion, tomato and salted egg 
  2. Mix the dressing ingredient together
  3. Option you can pour the dressing or set aside until you plan to eat your pako salad
I prefer to eat pako salad without any dressing due to the salted egg it is already salty adds flavor on it's own.
