What is alien for you?

Alien for me is food I don’t eat because I am allergic to it or because it has a scary face to me.

Every day I ask Manang V what food she has cooked for the day some days she would inform me has cooked alien and I already know what food it is either hito (cat fish) we understand one another at this point.

Sinigang Hito na May Puso Saging

  1. Place the hito in a bowl rub salt on the skin of the fish to remove the slimy feel on the skin than rinse it with water until the hito has no more smell.
