Eggplant Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 - Pieces Eggplant
- 1 - Tomato (slice)
- 1 - Onion (slice)
- 3/4 Cup - Vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparing Eggplant
- Grill eggplant on stove top peel off skin while hot and mash with a fork place in a bowl combine tomato, onion, vinegar, salt and black pepper mix together.
