This is simple dish and
can be made in all sorts of ways sometimes we eat this soup without noodles and
it becomes a clear soup by adding other ingredients such as green onion or by
adding egg and it becomes an egg drop soup.
There are a lot of possibilities to make one clear soup by adding additional ingredients into one dish by using our own creativity the main ingredient in this dish is the following:
- 4 Cups - Chicken stock or 2 Pcs - Knorr Chicken Cubes
- 2 - Leeks Green onion (chopped)
The ingredients you may want to add to your clear soup:
- Miki Noodles
- Egg (beaten)
- Tofu (sliced into cubes)
- Fishball
- Crabmeat
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
- Boil chicken broth or 4 cups of water add chicken cubes until it begins to boil.
- Add green onion leaks
- Add optional ingredients
Ready to serve!
