Filipino Banana Blossom Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 cups - Banana Blossoms
- 1 Tbsp - Garlic (minced)
- 6 Tbsp - Vinegar
- 1 - Onion (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp - Patis (fish sauce)
- ¼ Tsp - Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Knorr Cube Vegetable
- 3/4 Cup Water
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1:
- Chop banana blossom and soak it for 15 to 20 minutes in a bowl.
- Place the banana blossom in a colander to strain off the water.
- Set aside
Step 2:
- Use a pan and put small amount of cooking oil.
- Add garlic and onion to sauté
- Add banana blossom
- Add patis, Knor cube vegetable with 3/4 water
- Add vinegar
- Cook for 15 minutes
