Chop Suey Recipe:
Ingredients:
- ½ kilo pork (sliced)
- 1 ½ cup cauliflower
- 1 – Carrot (peels and slices)
- ¼ kilo – snow peas
- ¼ kilo – baby corn
- 1 – Piece bell pepper (sliced into strips)
- ½ Cabbage (sliced)
- Optional 12 pieces quail eggs (boiled and peel)
- 1 – Piece Onion (chopped)
- 4 – Cloves Garlic (minced)
- Patis to taste
- 1 - Knorr Crab and Corn Soup
Step 1:
- In a medium pot add cooking oil, onion and garlic sauté
- Add pork and patis
- Add cauliflower, snow peas, baby corn, bell pepper and cabbage
- Follow Knorr Crab and Corn Soup Instructions add to the chop suey.
- Cook until tender do not overcook vegetables.
