This
recipe is good if you have left over fried fish, and you want to add something

You can
use any type of fish for this dish.
Filipino Sarciado Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 Tsp - Garlic (minced)
- 3 Pieces Onion (chopped)
- 3 Pieces ripe Tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tbs - Patis (fish sauce)
- 1 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tbs cooking oil
Step 1: (in case you have no fried fish)
- Clean fish of your choice
- Fry fish on cooking oil in a pan
- Strain fish
- Set aside
Step 2:
- Heat frying pan heat oil adds garlic, onion and tomato sauté
together.
- Add patis, black pepper than stir.
- Add water let it boil
- Pour beaten eggs on the pan and stir together
- Add fried fish
- Transfer on a plate
