All You Can Eat Buffet Restaurants

I have been so health conscious and my son complains to me that I should enjoy what I eat. He said, I should have a cheat day.

He had told me when I eat a buffet restaurant I should not even think of not eating carborhydrates. I should be spurge on what I want to eat.

Honestly I've already adapted myself eating healthy and it has already been a habit for me.

My family loves eating at a buffet restaurant. I get over whelmed from all the food I am uncertain where to begin and what I should be eating first.

The selection on the food is from Japanese, Chinese, Italian, American, Mexican, Filipino, Korean, Indian and Seafood. There are different section of food to choose from all depends on which buffet restaurant you decided to eat.

In the Philippines people love eating at buffet restaurant and you always sees them not bring one plate full on the table. They have so many plates next to their side. Some people don't like getting one plate at a time they prefer to full up so many plates at a time and eat it at the table.

I am the opposite I get only a little amount of food before deciding what to eat next. I usually start off from getting a soup, salad and then move on the main course. This way I am moving gradually to the main course. I still stay away from eating rice, potato and bread this way I don't get full right away.

Everyone has their own way of eating I stay away from eating sushi because it comes with rice and I get full from it. I am also tired eating those kinds of dishes since I usually make that at home.

I try to eat food I don't normally get to eat from any other restaurant or from home.

There is always American or Filipino desserts to choose from cake, pastries, ice-cream and so many more.

Drinks are some time refillable it all depends on which buffet restaurant you decide to eat at some may have limited drinks included in the meal. It is best to inquire ahead of time.

My concept is eat less the whole day and when you decide to eat at an all you can eat that is when you fill up your stomach this way your money has been worth it.

 Note:

All buffet restaurants have different rate for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The same goes if it is on a weekday or weekend.

There are discounted rates for senior citizen and PWD just present identification.

They also have credit card promotion depending on which card holder you are.

There are also discounted rates on the day of your birthday. Just provide picture identification with your birthdates.

Some buffet restaurants require no sharing and charge additional when you don't finish what you decided to eat.
