The granddaughter of Rhonda had informed me that any videos I had posted a year ago doesn't count in our public watched hours. I started looking back to see my videos that was one year ago. I was told just leave it there and when I have ads being monetized would earn from it as well. Carmina had an idea to compile those videos into long videos this way it would be counted in my public watch hours for this year. My deadline is on October 23, 2025. I would like to be able unlock my 4,000 public watch hours. So far almost halfway which would like to be like my friends unlock that next step and be able to share it based on my experience. Filipino Langka is made from jack fruit it is cooked with gata which is coconut milk. Often our employees eat this has their meal with matching fried fish of your choice.
Filipino Langka Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces small shrimp (peel and remove head)
- 3 pieces garlic (minced)
- 2 kilo langka young jack fruit (chopped)
- 3 pieces coconut or 5 cups of gata (coconut)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Patis (fish sauce) depends on your taste
- 2 pieces green chili pepper
- 1 Onion (chopped)
Cooking Method:
- 2 tbs cooking oil placed in medium pot
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add shrimp, langka, green chili pepper, gata and seasoning
- Mix together as you are cooking
- Fully cook for 30 minutes until tender and soft
