I found my mom's cook book while I was cleaning and I decided to share you her recipes so you can learn to cook new dishes in your home.
Ingredient:
- 600 g sliced lean beef
Seasoning for the sliced lean beef
- 5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Tbsp Green Onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 5 Tbsp Water or Pear Juice
- 1 Tbsp Green Pepper (chopped)
Step 1:
- Make a sauce by mixing together all the ingredients except the sliced lean beef
- Pour over the sliced lean beef and the sauce thoroughly.
- Let the meat marinate for one hour
Step 2:
- Heat the bulgogi grilled over a charcoal fire
- Barbecue the bulgogi
Optional:
- You can eat with romaine lettuce
- Kimchi
