Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. This is a typical Filipino breakfast served at home. We usually eat beef tapa combined with sunny side up egg, garlic fried rice and sliced tomato or atchara (pickle salad mixed with vinegar)
Ingredient:
- 1 Kilo - Tenderloin beef
- 1 Cup - Brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup - Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp - Iodize salt
- 2 Tbsp - Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp - Chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- Magic sarap (optional)
Instruction:
Step 1:
- Mix all ingredients together
Step 2:
- It is best to marinate over night before cooking it.
Cooking Instruction:
- Put a little amount of cooking oil and fry it on a frying pan and wait until meat is cook on both sides.
