Tips: Carmina Way to Hang Laundry with Less Space

Summer in the Philippines we tend to change our clothes several times in a day. Our laundry will come around double since we have clothes to wash daily due to the humid weather. Filipino Beef Tapa Recipe


This is a typical Filipino breakfast served at home. We usually eat beef tapa combined with sunny side up egg, garlic fried rice and sliced tomato or atchara (pickle salad mixed with vinegar)

Ingredient:
  • 1 Kilo - Tenderloin beef
  • 1 Cup - Brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup - Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp - Iodize salt
  • 2 Tbsp - Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp - Chopped garlic
  • 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
  • Magic sarap (optional)
Instruction:
Step 1:
  • Mix all ingredients together
Step 2:
  • It is best to marinate over night before cooking it.
Cooking Instruction:
  • Put a little amount of cooking oil and fry it on a frying pan and wait until meat is cook on both side.
