After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . Mom Violy wanted to eat at A Mano this time she was craving for the vegetable eggplant lasagna.
Carmina had informed Mom Violy there is a new branch that recently opened inside Gateway 2, Cubao Quezon City.
Mom Violy and Carmina was in the car when I saw A Mano outside Gateway 2.
There is a driveway where you can be dropped off and the parking is near Shopwise Grocery Store.
Upon entering you will ride the escalator to the ground floor on the right-hand side is A Mano Restaurant.
There is a choice to dine inside the restaurant or outside.
We had received some breadsticks while waiting for our meal to be served.
The server had informed Mom Violy it will take thirty minutes to prepare her food.
Carmina had ordered Spinach Ravioli it is my second time eating this dish.
Mom Violy wasn't able to finish her Verde Eggplant Lasagna. She was able to take it out being packed up inside with a paper bag.
