You won’t believe what Carmina found inside the museum!

Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside  De Young Museum . Carmina's Healthy Version Banana Fritter Recipe

Long time ago we had an employee who used to make maruya which is banana fritters. It is a popular Filipino dessert during merienda.

Carmina had ripped saba that needed to be eaten somehow. I didn't quite have any sugar in the house and improvised by using honey.

Carmina's Healthy Version Banana Fritter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Pieces Ripe Saba (mashed with a fork)
  • 1 - Egg
  • 3/4 Cup - All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 - Tsp. Cornstarch
  • Cinnamon Powder (depending on you)
  • 1 - Tbsp. Honey optional or Sugar (depending on you)
Preparing Batter:
  1. In a bowl mash up the banana with a fork, add egg that has been beaten, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, cinnamon powder and honey to the mixture.
Frying:
  1. In a frying pan add cooking oil and use a measuring cup using to scoop the batter adding it to the pan cook both sides.
  2. Use a strainer to remove excess oil and place on a serving plate.
