Tito Boni's birthday was on the month of May, but since we're on vacation in California it was delayed. Tita Edna decided to have the celebration meal at Zensho for our lunch. Tito Boni and Tita Edna had arrived at the restaurant to pick our seating arrangement. Carmina had picked up Mom Violy at her home and met them at Zensho. We had arrived at 11:30 AM. Not many customers during the time of arrival later people started coming in even if the forecast was raining. Tito Boni, Tita Edna and Mom Violy had ordered the food that will be cooked in front of us. Mom Violy's craving is Vietnamese food. Mom Violy always order the same food everytime she eat here.

Pho Hoa Noodle House has a new menu.
Mom Violy ordered Large Serving Tendon Soup enough to take home the left overs.
Mom Violy also wanted her Fried Rice Paper Rolls.
Carmina wanted Mom Violy to try a new Viet Coco Coffee includes with ice-cream, coffee jelly and coffee inside. For me it was just right, but for Mom Violy it wasn't sweet enough. She had requested for sugar giving her syrup to add the sweetness.
Mom Violy and I are full being the first customer.
