Mom Violy and Carmina’s dining experience at Dean & DeLuca

Mom Violy told me she wanted to order the Paella Negra from Dean & Deluca. Carmina suggested we dine in since we’d never really tried their main courses, always just getting takeout with the cream puffs . Mom Violy agreed, and we arrived about thirty minutes before the lunch rush began. The service was very slow, even though we had ordered ahead of time. They mistakenly brought out the Paella Valenciana , despite Mom Violy repeating the order three times to the person who took it. It turned out the cook on duty made the error, even though it was written down clearly. We know Paella Negra takes a long time to prepare, which is why Mom Violy had requested it to be cooked beforehand. She wanted it as her main meal, but because of the mix-up and feeling hungry, she took a piece of Carmina’s Turkey Club Sandwich and asked for the bacon on the side. Mom Violy's Documents Being Notarized in the Philippines

Mom Violy wanted her best friend Lorie to be one of her witnesses to have a document notarized in the Philippines while she was in town.

Carmina was the second witness and in order to begin this process make sure you have an identification card with your picture on it.

Accepted Identification:

  1. Driver's License in the Philippines
  2. Filipino Passport
  3. Senior Card
On our way bringing back Auntie Lorie back to her residence Mom Violy kept asking us to look out for a notary public to have everything signed in front of a lawyer.

Not knowing anything in the area of Las Pinas we are looking out from the car window of Mom Violy few minutes passed Carmina saw one and informed the driver to stop the car.

Mom Violy said to Carmina your eyes are too sharp from a far you can see it.

To get the Address of Atty Pablo U. Domingo Jr. the CPA/Lawyer make sure you have a face mask allowing only four persons inside.

The lawyer will ask you to present your Identification card to scan and print a copy. They will also scan the documents that needs to notarize for you to sign with the witness present at the time.

Make sure you bring your own ballpen otherwise you can use what they have available.

Later you'll be asked to wait for the lawyer to write on the documents and sealed it with a stamp giving back your documents to you with a payment of PHP 2,000.00 ($34.00).

Just in case you don't have a witness present the fee is different.

Best part we're able to get everything signed since the office close at 5 o'clock on the weekdays.
