Mom Violy wanted to try Spanish food from Las Flores at Robinsons Magnolia . I remembered long time ago saw a family friend when my family was visiting beginning of the year. Carmina asked for vegetable soup and Bikini sandwich which is ham and mozzarella cheese with potato chips. There is an unlimited calamansi but decided to pay additional for a Coke to share with Mom Violy. Mom Violy wasn't sure what she wanted ended up eating Gambas al Ajillo and white rice. In the beginning Mom Violy thought if she ate her gambas al Ajillo with just unlimited bread from the Las Flores she won't get full. It turned out she didn't eat that much of her rice. Mom Violy no longer needed two carriers for her mobile phone. Mom Violy wanted to do disconnection on her Sun Cellular that has merged with Smart Cellular.
Before upon entering Smart Branch in Ali Mall the security guard will ask you to fill up a form on the tablet giving the following information.
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile Number for the Account
- Information on Covid
You'll be asked to seat down and wait until they call up your name to be attended with one of the sales representative.
Watch and see how many minutes we had to wait until Mom Violy's name was called up.
The sales representative will look it up in their system and will inform you how much it will be for example Mom Violy had four months remaining and she had to also pay for the handset she had purchased from her current plan.
The sales representative will fill up a disconnection form under your name and you'll be asked to sign with a printed name over your signature.
Pay the remaining from your previous account before disconnecting your contract with Sun Cellular/Smart.
The cashier will accept your payment in cash or credit card.
Mom Violy is happy she was able to disconnect her Sun Cellular in person.
