Carmina heard that YouTube has a new guideline for those who are considering to be fully monetized starting February 1, 2027 , lots of people will be affected. People are already having a difficult time accomplishing 4,000 public watched hour what happens when it is double task. Carmina is grateful she has passed the 3,000 public watched hours yet worried if don't reach being fully monetized. I know it explains that won't be affected however we want to make sure by February 1, 2027, that we are fully monetized giving me five months to work harder. As of August 9, 2026, Carmina has 383 public watched hours to accomplish to be fully monetized. My friends tell me better have extended public watched hours just to be safe. Mom Violy no longer needed two carriers for her mobile phone. Mom Violy wanted to do disconnection on her Sun Cellular that has merged with Smart Cellular.
Before upon entering Smart Branch in Ali Mall the security guard will ask you to fill up a form on the tablet giving the following information.
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile Number for the Account
- Information on Covid
You'll be asked to seat down and wait until they call up your name to be attended with one of the sales representative.
Watch and see how many minutes we had to wait until Mom Violy's name was called up.
The sales representative will look it up in their system and will inform you how much it will be for example Mom Violy had four months remaining and she had to also pay for the handset she had purchased from her current plan.
The sales representative will fill up a disconnection form under your name and you'll be asked to sign with a printed name over your signature.
Pay the remaining from your previous account before disconnecting your contract with Sun Cellular/Smart.
The cashier will accept your payment in cash or credit card.
Mom Violy is happy she was able to disconnect her Sun Cellular in person.
