Carmina received a notification from my GCash saying a payment of 25.00 pesos to Google had been successfully processed. At first, I was confused and had no idea where the money was going, which was quite surprising. The only way to figure it out was to check my Gmail account and see the automatic payments being made for donations. In YouTube, go to Settings and select Purchases and Memberships . I found out the charge was from my membership to my friend’s YouTube channel , and I didn’t realize it renewed automatically. I often see people renewing on their own during live streams. To manage it, just click on each membership, go to the channel, choose “Cancel,” select “Other,” and then click save. Mom Violy no longer needed two carriers for her mobile phone. Mom Violy wanted to do disconnection on her Sun Cellular that has merged with Smart Cellular.
Before upon entering Smart Branch in Ali Mall the security guard will ask you to fill up a form on the tablet giving the following information.
- Full Name
- Address
- Mobile Number for the Account
- Information on Covid
You'll be asked to seat down and wait until they call up your name to be attended with one of the sales representative.
Watch and see how many minutes we had to wait until Mom Violy's name was called up.
The sales representative will look it up in their system and will inform you how much it will be for example Mom Violy had four months remaining and she had to also pay for the handset she had purchased from her current plan.
The sales representative will fill up a disconnection form under your name and you'll be asked to sign with a printed name over your signature.
Pay the remaining from your previous account before disconnecting your contract with Sun Cellular/Smart.
The cashier will accept your payment in cash or credit card.
Mom Violy is happy she was able to disconnect her Sun Cellular in person.
