After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . Anyone who wants a quick way to bite into a chicken is having it cooked by Chef Carlo.

We love eating Southern Fried Chicken looking at it being moist, soft and having all its flavoring when you bite into it with some gravy.
Carmina wanted to try the Buffalo Chicken Burger having coleslaw with tomato, lettuce, blue cheese and buffalo sauce.
The Buffalo Chicken Burger was also boneless being crispy chicken yet it was very soft, moist and easy to chew something Carmina had enjoyed the texture being flavorful.
Of course we need fries to match with our Southern Fried Chicken it is a given to eat it this way decide whether you want it Thick Cut Fries with Homemade ketchup for PHP 99.00 ($1.94) or Cheesy Bacon Fries PHP 169.00 ($3.14).
Just in case you have room for dessert Carmina had Bibingka Basque Cheesecake for PHP 119.00 ($2.33).
Bibingka Basque Cheesecake is soft and creamy by the smoothness from biting into it. Giving the flavor of our traditional Filipino bibingka with salted egg on top and cheese the best part it is not too sweet.
