Raquel's Wellness of Transformation Tuesday

Raquel's Wellness of Transformation Tuesday

Honestly, that's not a pop socket on my left arm; it's a digital blood sugar monitor. I've been a diabetic for over seven years.

I workout six days a week, try to hike once a week, weight still goes up, just like my quarterly blood sugar levels never had to check my 🩸daily till six weeks ago.

Changed my eating habits, ate pretty veggies, lessened the carbohydrates, while still enjoying protein, watched my portions out of a glass and chose a better fun snacks.

Pleased to report my sugars have improved dramatically. Not trying to impress anyone or my Dr. only myself on a mission to stay on this path of a new healthier lifestyle. 🙏💓

Carmina is honored to have close friends who have shared their own experience in their own life where beyond our reach has come to let people know the way they have reach a different pathway in our own life.
