After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . My mom and I have been planning ahead places to travel for next year we have already informed our close friends that we'll be in town.
My mom's friends who are also experience being alone and wanting to plan their travel and retirement ahead of time while they are experiencing time for themselves to think ahead as their children are giving them a heads up how it will be like when you get older.
When is it time to move yourself to a senior community out from the home where you had raised your children?
The economy is changing, financial and living arrangements are changing people who are seniors are preparing ahead of time to set a goal what needs to be done before next year comes.
They would like to plan out their life to prepare ahead of time to do the list of what needs to be done before they can transfer to their new home.
Just like anyone we begin to clean out our clutter to give away or donate unwanted items in our home.
You come across other friends of my mom who would also want to travel but in order to do it they need to save enough funds. My mom began asking her best friend to join us on our new travel ventures to the United States for next year.
We don't know the exact date when we can travel once there is a vaccine for sure we will book our flight for next year till than our travel diaries are on hold until the time is safe you will than see something new.
