After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to Pho Lan Noodles House for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . There is always new changes and new trends when we are lockdown for over five months in our home no one see how you look when you are hibernating once you post a picture of yourself that is when people surrounded from you can glance and see how you really look nothing just an imagine how your face look like.
New changes are good when so many years you have always had the same hair style what my friend said I am no longer the Dora Explore the cartoon character the only difference I never had bangs on my forehead.
To get to the point when you have always stuck to one hairstyle because your mom always had judge you when you had tried to grow your hair but as we are staying at home and we are not allowed to go out due the pandemic we are into we have no other choice to let our hair grow not unless we want to cut it ourselves and make a bigger mistake especially if you don’t know how to cut it.
I have been receiving great compliments my Aunt said Carmina you should keep your hair long you look fabulous and you know when you’re hair is longer you look younger not like us seniors we have short hair it doesn’t look becoming to us it all depends on our face.
My Aunt said try to layer your hair and put some bounce in it when you can go out to the parlor. I told my Aunt when I come visit you next year my hair may be much longer to how you see it.
