Carmina was doing errands with her dad came across seeing Ranch 99 Market to do some grocery shopping. Carmina's dad saw there was frozen duck decided to purchase and try it at home. Carmina read the instructions and see how to prepare it. It says thaw out for twenty-four hours leaving in the refrigerator. Carmina had search to find out more information on Joe Jurgielewicz & Son, LTD since never heard about it. All you have to do is follow the instructions how to cook it in your oven and preparing the rest of ingredients just used tortilla to wrap it up and make sure slice up the duck when it is has cooled down. Just like in a Japanese Restaurant we often order miso soup in our dish but since we can have it cooked in our home why not try making this miso soup in your home.
I always buy my Marukome white miso paste in the Japanese Grocery Store and it last for a long time as after use you will place it in the refrigerator.
Miso Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp - Marukome white miso paste
- 2 - Cups Water
- 1 Tbsp - Tofu (sliced cubes)
- In a pot boil 2 cups of water let it boil add miso paste let it dissolve add tofu and ready to serve in a bowl.
- Best served when hot.
