Fried Eggplant Recipe




Fried eggplant is easy to make and it is healthy way of living when you can eat this with fried fish and soak it with vinegar or other people dip this in alamang kamais, bagoong or soy sauce and eat it with rice.

Everyone always find a way to eat this simple dish by adding it with what they have in their home when you crave for eggplant it can be cooked in so many ways.

Fried Eggplant Recipe
Ingredient:
  • 3 Pieces Eggplant (remove top portion, slice in the center length wise and cut 2 inches)
  • Cooking Oil
Cooking Instructions:
  1. In a frying pan pour small amount of cooking oil when hot place eggplant cook both sides strain eggplant when fully cooked to remove excess oil or pat with paper towel on plate transfer to a new serving plate.
  2. Ready to eat with your fried fish and dipping sauce of your choice.
