Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Bisugo Soup Recipe

This dish can be misleading it look like a tinola but actually it is not but cooked almost the same way only difference it is a fish cooked with ginger and dahon na sili.

Bisugo is jobfish or goatfish in English.

Manang V cooks this in rice water and I will show you how it is being cooked.

Bisugo Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kilo - Bisugo (clean)
  • 1/2 - Ginger (peel and sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 Cup - Dahon (leaves) of sili (chili)
  • 4 Cups - Rice water
  • Patis to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
Preparing Rice Water:
  1. As you are cleaning the rice from preparing it for the rice cooker you will pour 4 cups of water to the rice and wash it twice and the second wash you will use that as your rice water for the bisugo soup recipe.
Cooking Instructions:
  • In a medium pot you will pour small amount of cooking oil add ginger and patis saute add the bisugo with rice water.
  • Add dahon of sili season with black pepper cook for 20 minutes
  • Ready to serve in a serving bowl.
