salad you come down to find out there was never any lettuce to begin with what
do you end up doing with your ingredients.
I ended up making a meal out of no lettuce because either way I wanted to eat something healthy, or this is what my ingredients we're the following:

- 1 - Ripe avocado (sliced into cubes)
- 2 - Pieces Artichoke Hearts (marinated from the

I just added anything I had around in
my home and just combined everything together you can add salad dressing of
