Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Most of my photos were from the pandemic period, a time when I could fully express myself and write about the food I enjoyed. Let's take a trip down memory lane with Carmina th...

Carmina Gets Recognized from Gloria at the Palenque in Gateway 2

There are moments not realizing people surrounded around you know who you are.

Last week I went inside Palenque located at Gateway 2 finding out where Mom Violy wanted to purchase her dried fish. Is actually from a seller who I've taken a video of Vina's Dried Fish inside Farmers Market.

Gloria was explaining to Mom Violy which dried fish wasn't salty, I had noticed her face looks familiar.

Gloria had introduced herself to us saying your Carmina Lifestyle. I smiled and said yes.

Those who are not familiar with Carmina she has helped a lot of people inside Farmers Market. She has taken videos of the stalls in what they sell.

Carmina's goal is always helping other people trying to earn an income.

The last time I saw Glo was in November 2022 at Farmers Market located in Cubao, Quezon City based on my article.

We know majority of your followers live in the Philippines. Who knows out of your followers they also love to eat dried fish.

Or would like to bring it along with them when they travelled to another country.

Mom Violy and Carmina always bring dried fish to the United States. We have family and friends who always say the dried fish are better when coming from the Philippines.

Vina's Dried Fish and Vegetables can tell you which ones are not too salty and giving you tips how to bring it with you out to another country.

Those who don't want to go to Farmers Market can also purchase from Gloria inside the Gateway 2 at the Palenque.
