Are you tired of waking up to a sun-drenched bedroom?

Ever get blind away from the sun every morning and during the day staying in your bedroom? Carmina had tried using a privacy film unfortunately it didn't work well enough to stick and stay on the windows. I wanted to find another solution that may occur to work better. After searching online my options was to get a blackout curtain yet seems strange since I have blinds on my windows. It also suggested to look for aluminum to prevent the heat enter inside your room makes the area cooler. I went ahead started looking for it notice there are different measurements. I had measured my windows to see which one would best suit my windows and check how many need to order. It goes based on one panel. They are so many sellers, yet the measurement is difficult to find. Jaworski toward Jogging/Walking Wellness


Jaworski starts his morning from waking up 6 o'clock in the morning to start his jogging or walking inside the subdivision living in Cabanatuan City, Philippines.


He can do it 2-3 hours per day when he doesn't have a hangover from drinking with his friends.

Jaworski has been eating healthy food the Ilocano way of cooking which is consist of fresh fish and vegetable. He says just simple living is what he does.

Even though Jaworski is a smoker of ten sticks per day and drinking with his friends he is able to add wellness into his life.

He has no medical conditions.

Jaworski informed Carmina eating healthy proves because when his father had a stroke 10 years ago, they've been eating healthy food.


Jaworski started from the weight between 61/62 kilos (134 to 136 pounds) and present of 59 kilos/130 pounds for a height of 162.8 cm.



Jaworski lives in Cabanatuan City where he does his jogging and walking around his province.
