When Mom Violy wanted seafood, one name kept popping up: Breakthrough Restaurant. Would it live up to the hype?

After a road trip and exploring the area, Mom Violy requested some seafood and was given a recommendation to dine at  Breakthrough Restaurant . When we entered the restaurant, we saw it was bustling with customers, and Mom Violy asked for a table by the window to enjoy the beach view . The server informed us that we needed to place our order at the counter and choose the seafood to be weighed, similar to the process at Dampa . Tita Edna was busy snapping photos, while Carmina was filming as Mom Violy placed her order. Breakthrough isn’t air-conditioned, but they provide electric fans at your table for comfort. Mom Violy wanted sinigang and was deciding which kind of fish to have with her soup. Mom Violy requested the crab and shrimp to be cooked in butter and garlic. Mom Violy also ordered adobong pusit (squid). Tita Edna placed her own order, which was kilawin na dilis . Carmina wanted fresh lumpia , but since it wasn’t available, she opted for pinakbet instead. Carmina's Food Challenge Finding Food Color White at the Grocery Store


Ever thought you'll come across finding food in the grocery store that is color white. Well for a good reason Carmina has to look for any food she sees that are color white. She'll explain you what wellness she is doing to herself. For the meantime it is a secret but to find out what food is possible let me guide you what I was able to find over the weekend.

  1. Coconut Water with no sugar and no coloring added
  2. Plain Yogurt (three types of brands)
  3. Crackers (unflavored)
  4. Crackers Sour & Cream Flavor
  5. Loaf of bread
  6. Swiss Cheese Slices
  7. Mission Wrap Original (tortilla)
  8. Pear
  9. Eggs
  10. Rambutan
  11. Longgan
  12. Lanzones
  13. Mangosteen
  14. Dragon Fruit (color white)
  15. Apple
Carmina is allowed to eat something close to the color of a banana.
  1. Banana Flavored Yogurt (taste like banana pudding)
  2. Banana
  3. Egg Nog Cookies
We really have other options on food that is color white being in the Philippines we have many alternatives to eat.

If you're into milk, you an option to drink that too since not the type prefer to eat yogurt.



Carmina tried this brand of coconut water it is actually good when cold.



It may be tricky to think however when you analyze what you normally it won't harm you to change the pattern how you may eat your food.

Just drink a lot of water to flush everything out.
