Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Most of my photos were from the pandemic period, a time when I could fully express myself and write about the food I enjoyed. Let's take a trip down memory lane with Carmina th...

Carmina's Review on Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant

Sometimes you have friends who has no one to dine in a restaurant they make a list of places they would like to eat when someone comes around.

Carmina hung out with a college friend during the fourth of July weekend.

The weather in California has change in some part of the area when it is cold you want to eat something warm in your stomach.

Carmina's friend brought her to Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant.

Upon entering Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant there is outdoor dining or indoor depending on your preference the doors are open wide in case you have decided to eat inside.

During that time of Carmina's visit there we're customers inside eating however they we're spread apart for social distancing from tables and chairs.

Those who are concern no need to worry because the Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant is clean and there is hand sanitizer on your table.

Carmina had ordered the small serving of Seafood Pho Soup. The serving of their Pho Soup is very big can consume not only for one person.

Carmina's friend ordered the large size of Beef Tendon Pho Soup.

Tips:

Just in case you have leftovers the technique is to separate the broth, noodles and ingredients by using a strainer before re-heat the soup at your home.

This way the noodles don't get soggy when you consume it the second time around.

All you need to do is re-heat the broth and add the noodles and ingredients in a bowl it will taste exactly from Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant.

NOTE:

Carmina is not selling or advertising for food served from Pho Lyfe Vietnamese Restaurant.
