But you don’t need to fly to Japan to enjoy it—there’s a spot in Greenhill's , in the new GH area extension , where you can get it. Just find Yabu House of Katsu , and outside there’s a walk-up counter where you can line up and order your ice cream. The prices are reasonable for the chocolate crumble sundae is 150.00 pesos ($2.54). Carmina had ordered the Kuromitsu Boba Sundae for 170.00 pesos ($2.88). Everyone enjoyed their ice cream, with no long wait since it’s prepared right away. The Hokkaido ice cream isn’t too sweet, making you want more every time you shop at Greenhill’s Shopping Center. Best Seller Mango Pomelo Sago from Yokee Milk Tea in Oakland, California

Carmina had informed Joanie ahead of time that she wanted to drink boba tea during our last bonding moment.

Joanie had searched around our area where would be the best place to try something new.

Carmina and Joanie notice there we're other customers inside Yokee Milk Tea giving social distance since the shop is quite small.

The menu is listed on the door once you know what you want just line coordinately next to the person giving social distance from each other.

Carmina went inside Yokee Milk Tea asking what their best seller is the lady at the counter informed me it is the Mango Pomelo Sago and Fresh Milk Volcano.

Joanie had asked a person who just recently purchase a drink and said he had ordered the Matcha Volcano.

At a glance we notice you can request for your sugar level and how much ice you would want in your drink.

Yokee Milk Tea became busy after placing our order with a lot of customers waiting until their orders we're prepared.

There are not enough chairs and table to seat in front of the store, yet most are willing to stand and wait until it is done.

Carmina and Joanie drank their Mango Pomelo Sago and Matcha Volcano at Lake Merrit Park while walking around for our next adventure.
