After a long day of errands in Fremont, Carmina's dad found himself yearning for the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, igniting a culinary adventure that would tantalize his taste buds.

After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to  Pho Lan Noodles House  for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . Story of Roselle's Wellness

Roselle started doing wellness on January 2016 as my New Year's resolution.

Roselle used to drop off Peyton and Jordan to Kuk Sool Won (Korean Martial Arts) I usually sit, watch, and wait for them. Its family martial arts I always wanted to continue martial arts so I decided to join.

I have anxiety and a lot of stress the time I started Kuk Sool Won.

I don't have weight problems, always been on my right weight, but I have hypertension (family history).

There's not much difficulty when I started attending martial arts, because I am a stay at home mom and my kids was training with me at that time. Sabrina she was old enough to be at home by herself and doing her own homework, chores, etc.

When I'm training martial arts with my boys, I sometimes go inShape with my daughter Sabrina and we do Zumba, UJam, or use machines.

Yes, once in a while I go through hardships nor do any workout. Like when I had some kind of headaches that happened last year 2020. I didn't know what kind of headaches was that but it's gone now.

It's always my passion to do martial arts but I can only do what my body can. Roselle is 51 years old my bones and body doesn't turn or bend that or this way anymore. 😂🤣

The more I do my training the stronger I get. It controls my blood pressure and it motivates me.

My motto is " Never too old to learn something new".

How do I reward myself? Nothing really, maybe shopping for my kids not for me.
