Puto bumbong lovers, your favorite holiday treat just got a Wendy’s glow-up—ready for a twist on tradition?

It’s payday, the perfect time to treat ourselves, especially with the ever-changing weather in the Philippines. For fans of traditional Pinoy desserts , there’s now a new twist to enjoy your puto bumbong . Carmina ordered’  Wendy's Philippines ’ latest offering—the Putobumbong Frosty —available in two sizes: 6oz for 87.85 pesos ($1.49) or a tub for 125.35 pesos ($2.12).  She opted for the tub, skipping the smaller size entirely. The classic puto bumbong, made from purple sticky rice with grated cheese and latik sauce , gets an upgrade in Wendy’s version, which adds leche flan , rice crispies, and creamy vanilla frosty. A sweet treat perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Carmina preferred it served separately, as the puto bumbong is hard and chewy to eat. I guess I’m just used to having it without ice cream. That’s just my preference—others might enjoy it as it is. NOT SPONSORED. Check out my channel where you can find my videos at  Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel ...

Have you ever done self study?

My son asked, me if I have ever done self study in my life. I said, yes I have done self study by volunteer.

My son said, what do you mean? For example ever since I started my blog I never knew how to make a website I had to self study to get where I am and I am still learning new things.

My son said, do you get paid not really because I am self employed where you give yourself an income.

I asked why he wanted to know. He said, he is doing job immersion and he is not getting paid for it. It wasn’t a choice for me I have to do it because it is required for me to graduate.

I told my son it may not be something you want to do by choice but think it is an opportunity for your future at least being 17 years old you are experiencing work for a company to see if you want to fall back in that kind of career. It gives you experience where most people don’t get a chance to some people graduate without having any job experience and fall back later not wanting the career they have graduated upon.

You’re lucky you get to experience something that is greater even if you’re not getting paid for it. The advantages you get to learn from your job immersion by getting through an interview just like if you we’re to choose to apply for a job position to an employer once you have graduated college.

At your age you have experience something that only someone who has graduated from their degree to me it is something you gain later based on your experience right now it is a pain you have to work. Later once you’re older you will be doing that every day with an income.

But life has its pathway where you gain something in return.

As for myself I decided to make changes in my life to build an opportunity for myself. Everyone learns based on our own experience nothing comes from no experiences we learn from it on our own.

Once your employer likes your performance from your work they may decide to hire you for internship and this way once you graduate from college you have a job ready for you.
