Christmas to other people may seem faraway yet in Carmina's world it comes early preparing ahead of time. Carmina had received her boxes that she had shipped out from her California vacation. Who doesn't love eating at Chili's Restaurant from California and the Philippines we still get to eat at our favorite place.
Funny Story:
My mom told me last night she was craving for kissadilla at first I couldn't understand what she was telling us. Than I remember there are some words she cannot pronouce propertly. She said, it is Mexican food that is in a tortilla with cheese and sometimes there is meat inside.
I told my mom the word is quesdilla not kissadilla. It sounds like she wants to kiss someone. 😘

I was craving for chicken enchillada to get something close to it I got the soup version. It was actually good got me full after eating one cup portion.
