After a long day of errands in Fremont, Carmina's dad found himself yearning for the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, igniting a culinary adventure that would tantalize his taste buds.

  After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to  Pho Lan Noodles House  for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . Dinner with Top Fan Auntie Fil at Black Angus Steakhouse


It took while to plan and see Top Fan Auntie Fil in person while Mom Violy and Carmina are visiting California.

There are times you make plans and fail to come out because we have set other priorities in our life.

Mom Violy had decided upon where she wanted to eat and meet Auntie Fil at Black Angus in San Lorenzo.


Carmina had booked it online at Black Angus Steakhouse Reservations by filling up information on which branch, how many people, full name and email.

After you've processed the reservation, you'll receive an email from OpenTable Black Angus Steakhouse and once your reservation is coming up another email will pop up to notify you if you want to keep it or modify the date you've made.



Mom Violy and Carmina had arrived early was able to order their Limited-Edition Blackberry Ginger Ale.


Mom Violy ordered the 6oz. Prime Rib with Twin Cold Water Atlantic Tail Lobster.


Mom Violy was asking for more Au Jus Sauce for her prime rib from the person who had served us at Black Angus Steakhouse.

Auntie Fil and Carmina had ordered the Campfire Promo our meal consist of two meals includes two side dishes with appetizer and dessert.

Auntie Fil had ordered the Grilled Shrimp with rice and fully loaded backed potato.


Carmina ordered the Barbecue Baby Back Ribs with fully loaded potato soup and French fries.



Auntie Fil wanted the Big Mountain Chocolate Fudge Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream.



Our dinner has ended with great stories shared among Auntie Fil and Mom Violy catching up what has happened to them during the pandemic.

Now we're moving on to a new chapter where Carmina was able to find her long lost childhood friend coming up next week.
