Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Prevent the Vishing

Six months ago my funds in my saving account was hacked in the Philippines it took place the end of the month of January 2021.

You can read the beginning how it all began from the beginning from my article I have wrote:

Months had passed and due to our pandemic and high risk of covid-19 in our area we're not able to leave our home.

One day I was thinking what ever happened to my savings account why it is taking too long to be solved.

Two days ago I had received a text message from the bank how they would like to communicate with me online giving them a time and date on my free time.

Today I was able to communicate on the phone online using Webex an application to communicate something that was new to me but was able to download it on my phone and sign up for it being free.

You can also use it on your computer if you choose too.

The bank had informed me that they we're able to get my funds back and asked me to visit the branch where I had opened my saving account.

I decided upon closing my saving account for good. I felt there are so many incidents of hackers and didn't want to deal with any situation that came by in the future.

I have been receiving text messages and never opened it always blocks and delete the sender out of my phone.

The person on the phone advise me to search on https://www.scamproof.ph/ and share it among other people how to prevent it to happen to you.

To my knowledge never give out information concerning matters that can jeopardize yourself to someone to vishing from you.

Subscribe @Facebook Page Carmina Lifestyle a place to look, discover and share.
