During the years when internet and high technology phone wasn't a part of our daily life we use to just call our family and friends from our landline telephone or pay phone to put coins to pay per minute every time we needed to call someone.

My mom had a problem with her PLDT budget card and she thought there was a problem she kept telling me her PLDT budget card was invalid but there was a catch it doesn't explain on the instructions.
