Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Video can be found in my Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel and click subscribe for free. Thank you for the support.
Coming from
the Philippines and entering back to California my family will always ask what
I want to eat from there. I would always tell them anything except Filipino
food because I eat it every day at home.
Even though
you visit your family their favorite meal is always Filipino dishes made by
someone they ordered for one week supply.
There are
some families who work hard to support their families and no time to cook a
healthy meal. Other families find ways to feed their children who come home from
school, work and so on they tend to pack meals ahead of time. The only thing
their family needs to do is warm it up when they come home.
Living in
the States it becomes more efficient to find ways to eat a meal and not have to
worry what your family will eat when you are not at home.
I get stuck
eating Filipino food because I am living with my family and I have no choice to
eat what is served at the table.
My sister
and her family members love buying food from different restaurant other than
Filipino food and they don’t like eating leftover. This is where I come I eat
what food they no longer want to eat this way I can run away from eating their
Filipino dishes.
My niece
and nephew would request my mom to cook pork spare ribs sinigang, chicken
adobo, calderata, chicken tinola, grilled eggplant with slice tomato, onion and
salted egg and sopas.
My niece
and nephew would request for my lazy sushi and Filipino spaghetti.
My mom and
I always go to Ranch 99, Seafood Market or any super market to buy ingredients
for the Filipino and Japanese dishes to be cooked for our family.
Sometimes
they have friends come over to eat at the house to eat the dishes we have
cooked at home.
It is a
great achievement when everyone tells you what a great cook you are. This way
everyone is happy and you gain nothing but compliments from them.
No matter
where you live people love Filipino food and it doesn't necessary mean only
Filipino people are eating it too all nationality around the world that won't
miss out on our cooking.
I remember
my dad brought my son and me to Jollibee to buy at Union City, California. I
saw so many Filipinos and it felt like my second home the Philippines.
