Carmina received a notification from my GCash saying a payment of 25.00 pesos to Google had been successfully processed. At first, I was confused and had no idea where the money was going, which was quite surprising. The only way to figure it out was to check my Gmail account and see the automatic payments being made for donations. In YouTube, go to Settings and select Purchases and Memberships . I found out the charge was from my membership to my friend’s YouTube channel , and I didn’t realize it renewed automatically. I often see people renewing on their own during live streams. To manage it, just click on each membership, go to the channel, choose “Cancel,” select “Other,” and then click save. You’ll soon receive an email linked to your YouTube account that will let you know when it’s time to renew your channel subscription. NOT SPONSORED. Ube (Halayan) Recipe:
Step 1:
- Harvest the ube from the farm or buy in the market
Step 2:
- Boil the ube with water in a pot and wait till it is soft.
Step 3:
- Remove the skin with a knife and set aside in a dry bowl
Tip:
- Do not place in a wet bowl this will spoil your ube.
Step 4:
- Grate the ube until the texture is smooth
Ingredients:
By every 4 kilos of ube is 4 pieces for all each ingredients.
- 4 Condense
- 4 Evaporated Milk (any brand)
- 4 Stick of Dairy Creme Original Butter
Cooking Instructions:
- Combine condense, evaporated milk and butter in a large pot let it melt
- Gradually add the fine shredded ube to the melted butter, condense and evaporated milk
- Keep stirring until fully cook and smooth for one hour and make sure the bottom part of the pot doesn't stick and burnt.
You may need someone to help you keep stirring the ube and take turns. It takes one hour until fully cook and smooth.
- Use a marinating brush to spread the butter on the bottom of each of the aluminum pan
- Transfer the ube to aluminum pans
- Spread butter on top of the ube to add flavor
- Let it cool down and place saran wrap on the top
- Place in the refrigerator
