Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from  Rose Underwear Shop  Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Crab with Coconut Milk, Squash and String Beans Recipe



Manang V decided to add squash and string beans to the Crab with Coconut Milk something we love to eat at home.

Crab with Coconut Milk, Squash and String Beans Recipe
Ingredient:
  • 3 fat crab (Alimago)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup thick coconut milk (gata)
  • 1 Cup - Squash (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 Cup - String Beans (cut 1 inch)
  • 1 clove garlic (pounded)
  • 2 tbsp minced onion
  • 2 fresh hot pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Small sliced ginger
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Patis to taste
Cooking Instruction:

Step 1:
  • Clean crab
  • Dip in boiling water 
  • Open and remove all the fat lining from the shell
  • Mix fat with 4 tsp salt
  • Fill shell into the mixture
Step 2:
  • Arrange crab in saucepan
Step 3
  • Boil in 1 cup of the coconut milk (gata) and water
  • Add squash and string bean
  • Add patis to taste
Step 4:
  • As soon as crab is cooked
  • Add thick coconut milk (gata)
  • Simmer for 5 minutes until it boil
Ready to eat!
